Service Hours: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily Overnight care available by reservation. Holiday and vacation care subject to availability.
* Overnight Pet Care
Up to 10 hours | $85
In-home companionship, typically from 9 PM to 7 AM, including evening and morning feeding, potty breaks, medication support when appropriate, and bedtime routines. Exact arrival and departure times are confirmed before booking. Overnight care is available by reservation.
Overnight Pet Care covers the agreed overnight period and is not continuous 24-hour care. Dogs must also have daytime visits scheduled according to their normal routine. At least one separately billed daytime visit is required; additional visits may be required based on the dog's normal routine, age, health, mobility, and care needs.
Vacation Care Examples
• One dog, overnight plus one daytime visit: $110 minimum daily total
• Two dogs, overnight plus one daytime visit: $135 minimum daily total
• One dog, holiday overnight plus one holiday daytime visit: $130 minimum daily total
• Two dogs, holiday overnight plus one holiday daytime visit: $155 minimum daily total
These examples reflect minimum scheduled care. Puppies, senior dogs, and pets with medical, mobility, or routine needs may require additional daytime visits.
Pet Transport
Getting your pet to an appointment shouldn’t be stressful. We provide safe, dependable transportation for veterinary visits, grooming appointments, and other pet care needs, giving you peace of mind from pickup to drop-off.
Rates

$30 for up to 30 minutes

$10 for each additional 15 minutes
Additional time beyond the first 30 minutes is rounded up to the next full 15 minutes.
Transportation Time and Billing
Billable transportation time includes all actual travel required for your service, beginning when we leave our starting location for your pet’s pickup and including our return. Pet pickup, loading, unloading, and drop-off are also included.
If we drop your pet off and return later to collect them, all required drop-off and pickup trips are included in billable transportation time and mileage. Time between drop-off and pickup is not billed when we are not accompanying your pet.
Transportation time is totaled across all travel and pet handling segments within the same booking. The initial $30 charge applies once per booking, and rounding is applied to the total transportation time.
Time spent accompanying your pet during an appointment, including waiting time, is billed separately under Appointment Assistance and is excluded from transportation time.

Additional Charges
Mileage is billed separately at the current IRS standard business mileage rate. Billable mileage begins when I leave my starting location to pick up your pet and ends when I return to that location. It includes all miles driven for your service, including separate drop-off and pickup trips when applicable. Parking fees and tolls are additional when applicable.
Appointment Assistance
If your pet needs a calm, caring companion during an appointment, we’re here to help. We stay with your pet throughout the visit, from check-in to check-out, providing comfort, reassurance, and attentive support.

Additional Charges
Pet Transport is billed separately when provided. Mileage, parking fees, and tolls are additional when applicable.
Veterinary, grooming, and other appointment expenses are not included in our service fees and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Combined Transport and Appointment Bookings
When Pet Transport and Appointment Assistance are booked together for the same appointment, they form one combined booking, including the return trip when arranged.
Transportation time and appointment assistance time are calculated separately using their respective rates. The $10 fee for each additional pet and the $5 holiday surcharge, when applicable, are each charged only once per combined booking.
Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always our top priority.
Additional Pets
Standard pet care rates include care for one pet.

When Pet Transport and Appointment Assistance are combined for the same appointment, the $10 fee for each additional pet applies only once.
If an overnight booking includes a separate daytime visit, the $10 fee for each additional pet also applies to that visit.
Additional time or specialized care may require an adjusted rate. Any adjustment will be confirmed before booking.
Holiday Pricing

A $5 holiday surcharge applies per daytime pet care visit, including visits of 30 or 60 minutes.

A $5 holiday surcharge applies per consultation.

A $5 holiday surcharge applies per Pet Transport or Appointment Assistance booking.

When Pet Transport and Appointment Assistance are combined for the same appointment, the $5 holiday surcharge applies only once.
For all other services, the applicable holiday surcharge applies separately to each visit, consultation, booking, or overnight stay, regardless of the number of pets. Holiday surcharges are added to standard rates and any applicable additional pet fees.

Recognized Holidays
New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Deposits and Availability
For vacation, overnight, and holiday reservations, a 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the reservation begins. All services are subject to availability.

Vacation Home Reset is designed for light home tidying in normally maintained, accessible areas based on your selected priorities.

Select your desired tasks and identify up to three highest priorities. Dana will complete as many selected tasks as reasonably possible within your booked 30-minute or 60-minute service period.
What’s Not Included
Vacation Home Reset is not a housecleaning or deep-cleaning service. Excessive clutter, heavy cleaning, scrubbing, stain removal, bathroom cleaning, mopping, heavily soiled floors, and unusually dirty conditions are not included.
If all selected tasks cannot reasonably be completed within the allotted time, Dana will prioritize your requested tasks and complete as much as reasonably possible.
